Dips, Dressings and Spreads

Dip it, dress it, spread it!

It's hard to imagine a party with out some kind of dip or spread and equally as hard to imagine a salad without being lightly tossed in a dressing. Am I right!?!

You can get creative with so many ingredients to make fun dips and spreads for a party, like a buffalo chicken dip or a roasted eggplant spread.  Just take some of your favorite ingredients or elements from a favorite dish and you can make a killer dip or spread.

​

In the same way, but probably not thought of as often, dressings are so simple, yet so essential to brightening up and bringing together any kind of salad, (traditional or non-traditional) as well as any starchy or green side to your dinner.

These are some of my favorite party dips, spreads for appetizers and simple delicious vinaigrettes to dress any kind of salad, traditional or otherwise.
